These Wellbeing Workshops each run for 2 hours and will teach you tools and strategies to help you to take control of overwhelming thoughts, anxiety and stress; giving you the skills to start to turn your life around. The workshops are experiential and involve practice of proven calming and relaxation techniques.
A range of topics are covered in the workshops, including top tips for stress reduction, some basic Cognitive Behaviour Therapy skills, and a strong emphasis on the important link between the brain and the body, and how understanding this link can help you to manage difficulties.
Mindfulness skills are introduced and practiced, as well as a few other calming and relaxation techniques, so that you leave the workshop informed and equipped to try something new.
