Tracey is a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists as well as a student member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and is currently working towards accreditation with CNM for naturopathic medicine and nutrition, to offer her clients a real 360-degree approach to their body, health and wellbeing.

With over 18 years’ experience working in the international boutique spa and luxury skincare world, in places like Bath, Hawaii, Switzerland, Germany, Paris and Tuscany, she has an impressive list of clients, from movie stars and elite sports athletes to international politicians, top magazine and beauty editors, and even royalty. Poppy Delavigne, Emma Watson, Ross Kemp, Will Farrell and Rowan Atkinson are just a few of the diverse clientele she has worked on during her career.

As an advanced clinical massage therapist, Tracey is trained and able to work on broad range of physical issues including muscle tension, soft tissue injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, hip problems, lower back and neck issues, using a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement within 1 to 6 clinical treatments. These techniques include fascial work, hot stones, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care.
