Neutral Space Relaxation

Mandy is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in the field of Paediatrics.

She worked with the British Cadet, Junior, Senior and Masters Judo squads at National, Commonwealth, European and World championships, and as a result of working with the squads returned to competition and won gold medals at eight world Masters, two European and two Commonwealth Championships.

The effects of accumulated injuries led Mandy to discover Zero Balancing, where she experienced great benefits from sessions received. Mandy’s curiosity led her to wanting to learn more and in 2012 certified as a Zero Balancing practitioner.

Following exploration of other forms of energy bodywork Mandy became a neutral space relaxation practitioner in 2017.
