1 Day Silent Meditation Retreats
A day of Silence, a day of Meditation…
Together we’ll practice some Mindfulness, Vipassana, Walking and Vedantic Meditation; all of which will be guided.
Also offered, some Breathing Exercises and advice on Sitting Posture.
All are most welcome – No previous Meditation experience is necessary. Chairs are available, however if you wish to sit in a Meditative posture on the floor please bring a solid / Meditation cushion or a heavy blanket that can be folded to provide support; a yoga mat or something to lie on would also be useful.
To round the day off we’ll share some tea and nibbles.
