You may have never heard of this ancient healing modality that has been practiced for thousands of years. It’s called Qigong, the mother of Tai Chi.

In 1-2-1 and group sessions, the therapist shares the foundations of Yuan Gong, the new Qigong system created by Yuan Tze (a Chinese philosopher and healer who lives in New Zealand) based on the ancient tradition.

Designed to increase and maintain health and wellbeing Yuan Gong Qigong consists of a series of gentle exercises to help you improve your vitality and posture so you feel more energized and joyful. It’s great for revitalizing as well as for supporting the healing of common ailments.   

As well as experiencing the gentleness of movement and its combination with the breath, the sessions aim to lead you to learn the transforming effect that this regular practice can have in your whole life, both at a personal and a social level.

By improving the quality of your Qi (life force) your ability to lead your life improves too and has a knock-on effect on your relationships, work, decision-making and goals.

All in all, Yuan Gong Qigong is a brilliant tool for uplifting your health and your whole life.
